There has been an established teacher recruitment market in London for many years now, this market has always welcomed both UK trained teachers and overseas trained teachers.

Agencies are the main way that teachers access schools when they are looking for work. As the market is well established there are now many agencies and they provide different services to teachers.

London is an amazing place to live and work. As a teacher working in the capital you will have opportunities to develop new skills, broaden your experience and travel through Europe and beyond in your holidays.

There are a few different ways of experiencing teaching in London, you can either work on what is called “day to day” basis or on a “long term contract” or you can take up a permanent placement.
