Treble One Education has been set up to work with schools and Local Education Authorities in an honest, open, flexible and collaborative manner. Our focus is on providing excellent teachers, well prepared to take up their role in school with all the appropriate checks completed. Treble One Education recruits a select number of teachers who successfully meet our stringent vetting criteria and who will be an asset to our schools. We recognise that the role of teacher recruitment agencies is changing as the needs of schools develop. Our service has been designed to be as flexible as possible, to incorporate the solutions that individual clients want for their school environment. A key part to our service for schools and teachers is to ensure that the placement continues to be effective after the initial introduction of the candidate. To do this, we remain in regular contact with both the school and teacher, and create networking opportunities through our social events for teachers also, which encourages supportive relationships. We recruit Primary, Secondary and Special Needs teachers for long term and permanent positions in schools. Treble One Education works collaboratively with our clients. By taking the time to understand exactly what our client schools and teachers need and want we are able to work with schools and LEAs to facilitate their recruitment needs without increasing their workload.
