Treble One work with a variety of clients, both public and private sector and offer training, coaching and psychometric services.
The psychometric tool we use is Facet5, which looks at an individual’s working style, helps people understand how they behave at work and why, and most importantly, in team selection and ongoing development helps to understand inter-relationships with colleagues. Facet5 can be used as an assessment tool and a development tool.
Our ethos is to work closely with our clients so that we can provide more than an "off-the-shelf solution". We are a small team and see that as a benefit as we can build good relationships and gain a real understanding of how different environments work.
